This year the Star is engineered with GBS, Glued Blind Stitched seams. To fortify these seams even better the STAR suit is dot-taped on the critical junctions.
The fullsuits are equipped with Fox lining on the chest and back for a warmer core. We’ve also added kneepads,
made out of the new durable 4-way stretch Hex-tech material, just to keep your knees safe.
- GBS - Stitching method whereby the panels are first glued together and then only stitched halfway through the fabric instead of fully perforating it, which makes the seams waterproof.
- Critical taping internally - A neoprene taping is positioned on the critical seams of the suit. This prevents water from coming through the seams on critical points of the human body.
- Glideskin neck construction - The reduced thickness of the neck construction makes it easier for the neoprene to follow the curves of the neck with less pressure. The neoprene feels like a second skin, while the glideskin inner lining enables an excellent water closure.
- Aquabarrier - Silicone printing which forms a barrier, preventing water from entering your suit.
- Hex-tech kneepads - The kneepads are made of a 4way Super-tex fabric. This is a durable fabric especially designed for protection.
- Back zip entry.

- M-Flex (100%) - M-Flex is a very good flexible neoprene. M-Flex stands for high quality neoprene with an awesome stretch ratio.
- Fox Fleece Front & Back Panel - Soft, smooth & incredibly warm.
Fox Fleece:
Soft, smooth and incredibly warm, the renewed thermal inner lining called Fox Fleece has big loops in the fabric create a high pile lining that holds air for extra insulation. The fleece also holds less water enhancing the fast-drying abilities of the fabric. Fox Fleece has superior stretch performance in all directions making it super suitable for every panel in all of our suits.
La serie STAR è chiamata così per un motivo preciso. Ogni anno brillano in una nuova gamma di colori freschi e modelli inediti. Quest'anno la Star è progettata con cuciture GBS, Glued Blind Stitched. Per rinforzare ulteriormente queste cuciture, la tuta STAR è dotata di punti di cucitura nei punti critici.
Le tute intere sono dotate di fodera Fox sul petto e sulla schiena per un'anima più calda. Abbiamo anche aggiunto delle ginocchiere,
realizzate con il nuovo materiale Hex-tech, resistente ed elasticizzato in 4 direzioni, per tenere al sicuro le ginocchia.
- GBS - Metodo di cucitura in cui i pannelli vengono prima incollati e poi cuciti solo a metà del tessuto invece di perforarlo completamente, rendendo le cuciture impermeabili.
- Nastratura critica interna - Una nastratura in neoprene è posizionata sulle cuciture critiche della tuta. Questo impedisce all'acqua di passare attraverso le cuciture nei punti critici del corpo umano.
- Costruzione del collo Glideskin - Lo spessore ridotto della costruzione del collo rende più facile per il neoprene seguire le curve del collo con una minore pressione. Il neoprene sembra una seconda pelle, mentre la fodera interna in glideskin consente un'eccellente chiusura all'acqua.
- Aquabarrier - Stampa in silicone che forma una barriera, impedendo all'acqua di entrare nella muta.
- Ginocchiere Hex-tech - Le ginocchiere sono realizzate in tessuto Super-tex a 4 vie. Si tratta di un tessuto resistente, appositamente studiato per la protezione.
- Ingresso posteriore con zip.

Pile Fox:
Morbida, liscia e incredibilmente calda, la rinnovata fodera interna termica chiamata Fox Fleece ha grandi anelli nel tessuto che creano una fodera a pelo alto che trattiene l'aria per un maggiore isolamento. Il pile trattiene inoltre meno acqua, migliorando le capacità di asciugatura rapida del tessuto. Il Fox Fleece ha un'elasticità superiore in tutte le direzioni e si adatta perfettamente a ogni pannello di tutte le nostre tute.
